Capabilities
One roof. Four ways to make the part that fits the problem.

The material is the solution; the method is how we deliver it. Rotational lining, rotational molding, laser sintering, and custom compounding — with fabrication, finishing, and testing in-house, so you're not managing three vendors.

How we solve it.

The material decides the method. Whichever it is, it's made here, tested here, and shipped under one PO.

Turnkey Solutions

ASME steel fabrication, machining, testing, and finishing — one PO, one partner, the part arrives done.

Plus in-house finishing, ASME- and AWS-certified fabrication, ISO Class 7 clean-room assembly, and testing — one partner, one PO.

Rotational Lining

A seamless thermoplastic liner bonded to the inside of steel pipe, fittings, and vessels. No seams, no welds, no gaps for chemistry to find. We fabricate the steel under ASME certification, line it, and test it before it leaves.

Best for: Corrosion protection in chemical processing, oil & gas, mining, power, and water handling.

Runs on: ETFE · PFA (RMB lining grade) · HDPE · RMB BIO-ARMOR™ · PVDF

Zero failures in concentrated acid service

Rotational Molding

Seamless, hollow thermoplastic parts — tanks, ducts, fittings, and high-purity vessels — molded, assembled, and packaged in an ISO Class 7 clean room when the application demands it.

Best for: Aerospace ducting and tanks; semiconductor and biopharma fluid handling.

Runs on: PFA · PVDF RMB 283 · Polypropylene · HDPE · Nylon

10–15% saved on semiconductor dosing bottles

Additive Manufacturing (Selective Laser Sintering)

Production-first laser sintering: no tooling, complex geometries, bonded assemblies that exceed the build chamber, certified hot-gas welding, and vapor smoothing for semiconductor-grade surfaces. Flight-ready materials with traceability.

Best for: Aerospace interiors and ducting, semiconductor wafer handling, defense.

Runs on: Nylon 11 (D-80, FR-106 flame-retardant) · PA12 (virgin, glass-filled) · PK · PEKK · PEEK (carbon-fiber) · PVDF — the only laser-sintered PVDF in the Western Hemisphere

Resin Compounding & Cryogenic Grinding NEW

In-house compounding, extrusion, and small-batch cryogenic pin milling, with a materials R&D lab behind it — particle-size analysis, DSC, TGA, DMA, melt-flow, and mechanical testing. When a formulation is too small for a large material house, it comes here: we develop it, grind it to the particle size the process needs, and sell you the material.

Best for: Custom formulations for rotomolding, lining, or laser sintering; toll grinding; new-material development with OEMs.

Runs on: Custom formulations · Toll-ground grades

One of the few small-batch cryogenic pin mills in the U.S.

How a part gets made here.

1

Define the requirement

Temperature, pressure, chemistry, purity, weight, regulatory.

2

Identify the material

Select from RMB's proprietary and standard resins — or formulate a new one.

3

Choose the method

Lining, molding, or sintering — whichever the material and geometry call for.

4

Engineer and prototype

Design for manufacturability, test coupons, in-house materials and mechanical testing.

5

Build, prove, deliver

Manufacture, inspect (CMM, hydro, spark, leak, pressure), finish, ship.
