Process 01 — Rotational Lining
Keep the equipment. Lose the corrosion.
Rotational lining — a process RMB invented more than forty years ago — melts and mechanically bonds a seamless thermoplastic liner to the interior of your metal equipment. The metal keeps its full structural integrity; the polymer takes the chemistry.

A shop process, not a field application; oven size sets the envelope; large internal baffles are difficult. If your application can't be rotolined, we'll tell you fast.

Process 02 — Rotational Molding
One seamless part where there used to be many.
Thin-walled, hollow, seamless thermoplastic parts with tight tolerances and complex geometries — from proprietary resins, on comparatively affordable tooling. The seamless interior is the point: it's why the same process makes aerospace ducting and high-purity semiconductor vessels.

Process 03 — Additive Manufacturing (SLS)
Flight hardware, without the tooling.
RMB's selective laser sintering operation began life inside a major airframer — founded in 2001 to print production flight hardware, and the origin of the first defense specification for additive manufacturing. RMB acquired the operation whole in 2005 and has run it as a production shop ever since.
